Are Your Teeth Damaged, Broken, or Missing?

Many patients come to St. Johns Dental Care for full mouth reconstruction because they are living with the pain and embarrassment of a smile that does not look or function the way it should. Due to the complex nature of many dental conditions, comprehensive restorative treatment is often necessary.

At St. Johns Dental Care, Dr. Capen and the team treat a wide range of concerns including bite misalignment, damaged teeth or restorations, loose or missing teeth, gum disease, and bone loss. While full mouth reconstruction can be a detailed process involving multiple treatments over time, our team is highly trained and experienced in addressing complex cases and delivering lasting results.

With a strong foundation in both restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Capen leads a team committed to providing predictable outcomes in a comfortable, patient-focused environment. Our goal is to restore both the function and appearance of your smile so you can feel confident in your oral health again.

Our Full Mouth Reconstruction Process

Full mouth reconstruction treatments assess three main parts of the smile: the bone, gums, and teeth. Because this treatment is comprehensive, we address all issues in these areas together to ensure the long-term success of each procedure.

If the gums and bone are healthy, but the bite is off, it may be the reason for bruxism, gum recession, and broken teeth or restorations. Similarly, teeth lacking support due to gum disease and bone loss will not successfully respond to cosmetic treatments.

Dr. Capen and the St. Johns Dental Care team will create a plan first addressing gum and bone health, then correcting the bite before proceeding to more visible treatments such as crowns, bridges, and dental implants. By comprehensively assessing and treating the mouth, our professional dental care team can help restore and establish tooth stability, natural aesthetics, and the long-term oral health of the smile.
